Gnomen PMS 2.2 has now arrived

Here are some of the new and exciting features that has been added to Gnomen PMS, taking it up to version 2.2.

1. Support for multi-let properties (flat-shares)
   You can now have multiple rooms/units within one property. Each room/flat has its own details and photographs etc. and can be uploaded seperately to the property portals.
2. Shared tenancies
   PMS now allows multiple tenant contracts for a single property/room/unit.
3. Sales progress feature enhancements
   The sales module now has a new "actions" and "status" feature to help you alongside the standard sales progress list.
4. HIP ordering integration
   You now have the ability to order Home Information Packs from within Gnomen PMS, so ordering a HIP takes up less of your time.
   
5. Upload to find a property portal
   We now have a direct feed to find a property alongside the existing portal feeds
6. You will also notice many other small feature enhancements.
