Gnomen Smart Search

Be in control of your information with Gnomen Smart Search technology. You can now use a simple Google-style, text based search to access your entire PMS database. With just a single click you can search for properties, landlords, tenants, enquiries or directory records, and not only that you can search using any field, e.g. last name, address, email, comments, postcodes or even phone numbers. It is positioned on the toolbar for easy access from anywhere in PMS.

Upload to all major portals

Gnomen PMS now support direct upload to six major property portals, including righmove, primelocation, propertyfinder, findaproperty, look4aproperty and thinkproperty.

Follow-up module

The new follow-up module allows you to mark any record, call, viewing etc for follow ups. Dashboard interface shows you a list of all the upcoming follow ups. We're sure this new module will help make your customer relationship even better.

Overlays

You will notice lots of overlays all over the PMS which appear when you move your mouse over a link. Overlays will save you many clicks by showing more details of a record without needing to go to its detail page.

Export to Excel

Though we offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee of our servers but can't stop your network or Internet Service Provider from going down. To help your business keep running in such instances we have developed a new ‘export to Microsoft Excel' feature that'll allow you to export all your important information to Microsoft Excel, making it available on your computer when you don't have access to the internet. You can access the tool by going to control panel > backup.

Upload multiple images

Upload multiple property images in one go, a much requested feature is now added to PMS 2.5. Save time by uploading up to 10 property images in one go.

Group custom fields

Another exciting feature that has taken PMS customisation to the next level is custom field grouping. Custom fields can now be grouped together to have blocks of extra information you want to associate with a property, be it property tenure, key allocation or extra landlord detail you can have it all and view it the way you like it.
